Fermentation Method

Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Pre-fermentation maceration on some batches.
Maturing in oak barrels for 12 to 14 months.

Tasting Notes

Lovely deep, bright ruby red.

The bouquet is scented with fresh, ripe fruits and a touch of licorice and spice.

Round and aromatic on the palate, with a velvety tannic seam, and lovely freshness, which adds to the harmonious balance of this wine, with its fine, subtle oak. A shining example of Merlot grown on Reysson’s claylimestone terroir.
