30% Cabernet Franc

Fermentation Method

Vinification in separate batches, tailored to the profile of each batch. Temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 2 wooden vats equipped with cap-punching system.
Aged in separate batches, for 12 - 14 months in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Intense garnet colour.

Complex, concentrated bouquet, with fruity, subtly spiced notes and a hint of violet.

The wine is silky in texture on the attack, developing concentrated,fleshy character. The refined, well-balanced wine, with its typical Saint-Emilion structure, finishes on well-integrated oaky, spicy notes.
