Small capacity temperature controlled stainless steel -tanks. Vertical press to ensure gentle pressing.

In oak barrels for 12 to 14 months

Tasting Notes

Deep and concentrated in appearance.

The wine is concentrated and intense on the bouquet, developing notes of ripe fruits and liquorice.

Generous and rich on the palate, displaying signs of good maturity, while the silky, well-balanced tannic structure is underpinned by impressive freshness on the finish.
