Fermentation Method

Fermentation: Alcoholic in stainless steel tanks and malolactic in French oak vats
Ageing: 12 months in barrel, combining an 80% of French oak and a 20% of American oak.

Tasting Notes

Deep cherry red color with a ruby rim.

Good intensity of red and black fruit, with cherries and blackberries standing out. The oak is finely integrated, respecting the fruit and bringing a creamy note to the wine. When aerated the aromatic herbs of the pine forest, such as the rockrose or the marjoram, come up.

Good volume, with persistent ripe fruit that keeps the freshness. Fine tannins in the process of becoming silky in the palate. A long, persistent wine with balance, legance and finesse creating a pleasant and lasting sensation.
