Fermentation Method

Hand sorting of the grapes before destemming Pre-fermentive maceration for 6 to 10 days at 6ºC. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 16 days at 28-30ºC. Post ferment maceration for 2 days. Run o and malolactic fermentation. 10% aged in French oak barrels for 4 months. 90% in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

COLOR: Ruby red color.
NOSE: Powerful with notes of red plums. Good oak balance.
PALATE: Round, with notes of ripe plums and very good tannin.
