Fermentation Method

Hand sorting of the grapes before destemming. Pre-fermentive maceration for 8 days at 6ºC. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 28ºC to 30°C. Post ferment maceration for 3 days. Run o and malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes

COLOR: Ruby red.
NOSE: Excellent varietal character, expressive, with red fruits and tobacco aromas.
PALATE: It is round, well balanced with soft tannins. Notes of sweet fruits, cherries and blackberries.
