Fermentation Method

Vinication Hand sorting of the grapes before destemming. Pre-fermentive maceration for 7 days at 6ºC. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 17 days at 27ºC to 30°C. Post ferment maceration for 5 days. Run o and malolactic fermentation. Ageing 25% aged in French oak barrels for 4 months; 75% in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

COLOR: Deep red with slightly lighter hues.
NOSE: Aromatic, it offers notes of black cherries and a hint of leather.
PALATE: Suculent, excellent acidity, good and firm tannins with notes of black fruits and caramel.
