Fermentation Method

Vinication Hand sorting of bunches before press to select only the best. Pre-fermentative maceration for 6 days at 6°C. Alcoholic Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at 27°C -30°C. Post-fementative maceration for 2 days. Run o and malolactic fermentation. Ageing 35% aged in French oak barrals for 6 months, 65% aged in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

COLOR: Red colored with hues of violet
NOSE: Aromas of red and ripe fruits.
PALATE: Full bodied, firm tannins, good acidity, well balanced between fruit and wood. An excellent finish.
