The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed, then left to ferment for approximately 7 days. It was pressed into oak barrels where it underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine was matured in oak for a total of 10 months. Winemaker, Andrew Quin

Tasting Notes

NOSE: The aromatic profile is dominated by bright red and black fruits like sweet cherry and blackcurrant, with undertones of spice and minty dark chocolate. PALATE: The palate is filled with fruit sweetness and displays flavours of liquorice, mint, and spice, with grainy tannins along the mid palate and a long finish.
