100% Pinot Noir

Fermentation Method

Handpicking, selection of clusters, destemming and manual grain selection. Fermentation is conducted in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. After the alcoholic fermentation is completed, part of the wine is transferred to new French oak casks, and the other part to second-use casks where it rests for 12 months. Lightly filtered while bottled.

Tasting Notes

Lovely brightly red.

Aromas reminiscent of ripe strawberries, currants and sugary blackberries give way to subtle notes of violets and cinnamon, delivered by the time spent in oak barrels.

A good testament of the tipicity of this variety: mediumbodied, yet focused, with fresh acidity, fruit-forward and smooth on the palate. The fine tannins add to its vigor. legant and lingering finish.
