Fermentation Method

Handpicking. Destemming and manual selection of grains. Pressed during 6 hours, and decanted in tanks during 24 hours.

Fermentation is conducted in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16° C with selected yeasts. Part of the wine completes alcoholic fermentation in new French oak casks, and the rest in tanks. Part of the wine completes malolactic fermentation.

Lightly filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes

COLOR / 颜色 :
Golden yellow white.

NOSE / 闻香 :
With pleasant honey and pear accents and the very characteristic fruity scents of this varietal, reminiscent of pineapples and cantaloupes, mixed with delicate and elegant mineral notes.
It also exhibits a slightly vanilla flavor, coming from its partial fermentation in French oak.

PALATE / 口感 :
Gentle and round at the start, it rides throughout fruity, unctuous and fullbodied. The finish is superb. Long and persistent.
