100% Malbec

Fermentation Method

Handpicking, selection of clusters, de-stemming and manual grain selection. Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. Once the fermentation is completed, part of the wine matures in oak casks for a period of eight months. Lightly filtered while bottled.

Tasting Notes

Bright purple red.

The nose offers a remarkable tipicity with fruit-forward aromas of fresh plums, flowers, and a delicate well-integrated vanilla accent, delivered by its partially ageing in oak.

Powerful and juicy on the palate, framed by firm tannins and well-balanced acidity. Round and long, with a deep elegant finish.
