1. Proper
handling of personal information

If a customer desires to discontinue the utilization or erase his information
included in the personal information retained by the company, the company
discontinues the utilization or erases such information within reasonable
period and scope after verifying the identity of the applicant.

erasure of such information in whole or in part, the company may become unable
to provide services required by the customer (provided, that the company may
not accept the request of discontinuation of utilization or delection

10. Change in privacy policy
For the purpose of the improvement of customer service and for security of
information control and other purposes, the company may revise or change the
contents of the terms of use(including the privacy
policy). The company promptly notifies the contents of change in the site. If customers
apply for the purchase of merchandise or provision of service after the company
changes the terms of use and notifies to that effect in the site, customers are
deemed to have accepted the changed contents of the terms of use and made the
application, and subsequently, the terms of use after the change applies
automatically.
